The EuroGoal Product Guarantee 

Goal Frames: 12 Years

Simply put, we stand by our goal frame products! We guarantee to you, the original purchaser, that all our goal frames (Soccer, Futsal, Beach Soccer) will be free from defect for a period of 12 years. If you have any issues with our products, please contact us for assistance. You can expect us to request photos of the damage or failure and we will ship at our expense a replacement frame and/or we may request you first send back the defective unit. At our discretion, we may also issue a refund or perform any necessary repairs. This guarantee is void if the damage or defect is caused by improper installation, misuse, or abuse.  This guarantee does not cover deterioration due to normal wear and tear or unreasonable exposure to extreme weather. 

Eurogoal Nets

Basic Guarantee: 3 Years

We will replace our net that is defective or is damaged for a period of 3 years from purchase. We may ask you for photos of the defective/damaged net and/or request the net be returned. We will ship a replacement net to you at our expense. This guarantee is void if the damage or defect is caused by improper installation, misuse, or abuse. Guarantee is not transferable. 

No Worry Guarantee (Nets only)

If you purchased our "No Worry" coverage, we will replace a defective or damaged net with no questions asked. Simply send us a picture of the damaged or defective net and we will ship you a new one at no cost and also pay for shipping. Guarantee is not transferable.
