All purchases made on Eurogoal.net,  have a 30-day return period. Go ahead and test out your Eurogoal goal frame purchase to make sure it works for you.

You can return goal frames (some exceptions apply) for any reason within those 30 days. Simply ship us the goal frame and we will refund you the purchase price. Returned goals must not be damaged and wear and tear consistent with 30 days or less of reasonable use.

Simply put, we stand by our goal frame products! We guarantee to you, the original purchaser, that all our goal frames (Soccer, Futsal, Beach Soccer) will be free from defect for a period of 12 years. If you have any issues with our products, please contact us for assistance. You can expect us to request photos of the damage or failure and we will ship at our expense a replacement frame and/or we may request you first send back the defective unit. At our discretion, we may also issue a refund or perform any necessary repairs. This guarantee is void if the damage or defect is caused by improper installation, misuse, or abuse.  This guarantee does not cover deterioration due to normal wear and tear or unreasonable exposure to extreme weather.
